Vivaldi browser - how to fix flickering or blinking issue on Ubuntu or Windows

I really like Vivaldi browser. It seems to be the fastest browser, but when I play video/audio in this browser, the screen blinks. How can I fix this issue?

You need to turn off the animation and use native window. Select Use Native Window and unselect Use Animation. See the screen dump.

Settings (it's present on the left bottom corner) > Appearance > WINDOW APPEARANCE > Use Animation [TURN OFF].
