[Fixed] Vanilla Forums - Rich Editor stopped working after changing Discussions and Comments per Page value

I changed the value for two fields on the Admin dashboard: Discussions per Page and Comments per Page. But now, when I try to post anything, I do not see the Rich editor. It just shows me the standard editor. I did not change anything else. How can I fix this error?

Changing the value of Discussions per Page and Comments per Page should not stop the Rich Editor. Maybe some plugin or the Rich Editor itself also got disabled. To fix the error, you can disable and re-enable the Rich Editor.

Here are the steps:

• Go to Admin dashboard.
• Go to Settings -> Addons -> Plugins
• Search for " Rich Editor " on the "Manage Plugins" page. If it's enabled, first disable it and then re-enable.
