Wordpress - missing a temporary folder error after server migration

I moved my WordPress website to a new server. When I try to upload images, it gives an error - missing a temporary folder. It was not giving this error on the old server. How can I fix it?

It seems that 'tmp' folder is missing in your home directory on your new server. If you can SSH to your server, create 'tmp' folder in your home directory. You need to set the permission of 'tmp' folder to 777 or 755.

If you cannot SSH to your server, you can use any FTP client to access your server or you can use 'File Manager' of cpanel to create 'tmp' folder.
