I have a text document with all characters in uppercase. How can I convert it to lowercase using the text editor of Ubuntu?

It's very simple to change the lowercase to uppercase or vice-versa in the text editor of Ubuntu.

Here are the steps:

  • Open your document in the text editor.
  • Select the text that you want to change.
  • Right click -> Change Case
  • It will show 4 options: All Upper Case, All Lower Case, Invert Case, and Title Case.
  • Select the option of your choice, and it will change your document.
