How can I find the word count in an overleaf latex document?

To find the word count in a Latex document, do the following:

  • Open your Overleaf Latex document on the Overleaf website.
  • Compile the project.
  • Click on the "menu" link at the top left corner. It will show the following window where you will find the link for 'Word count'.
  • Click on the link for 'Word count' to see the number of words in your PDF document.
