I followed all the instructions to change the nameservers of my mywebsite. The nameserves were successfully changed, but when I try to access my email, it gives error "cannot find the hostname". Do I need to make any additional changes to access my emails.

Did you add MX records to Cloudflare's DNS? If not, you need to add MX record to fix the error. I had the same problem. Please check this post for the details: https://www.discoverbits.in/post/cloudflare-what-to-do-if-email-mail-stopped-working/
